These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• a) "AIS Shop" – The online retail platform owned by Artificial Intelligence Systems Co. Ltd, accessible via website, mobile application, or any other digital medium.
• b) "Customer" / "User" / "You" – Any individual or legal entity who accesses, browses, registers, or makes purchases on the AIS Shop platform.
• c) "Product" / "Goods" – Any item, service, or digital content offered for sale on the AIS Shop platform.
• d) "Order" – A request made by a customer to purchase products from AIS Shop.
• e) "Payment Provider" – Third-party financial institutions or mobile money operators facilitating payment transactions.

3.1 To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, or if you violate any of these terms.

4.1 AIS Shop accepts the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa – Tanzania's leading mobile money service
• Tigo Pesa – Mobile money by Tigo Tanzania
• Airtel Money – Mobile money by Airtel Tanzania
• Bank Cards – Visa, Mastercard, and other debit/credit cards

IMPORTANT: AIS Shop does NOT accept Cash on Delivery. All payments must be completed online before order processing begins.

4.2 All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

4.3 Prices are displayed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.1 We strive to process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

5.2 Estimated delivery times:

• Dar es Salaam: 1-2 business days
• Other regions: 3-5 business days
• Remote areas: 5-7 business days

5.3 Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. You will be informed of shipping costs before completing your purchase.

5.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier service disruptions.

6.1 You may return most items within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.

6.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6.3 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items include:

• Perishable goods
• Personalized or customized items
• Software, music, or video content (if unsealed)
• Gift cards and vouchers

7.1 You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, free of charge, by contacting our customer service team.

7.2 After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. Refunds are not available for orders already processed or shipped.

7.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.

8.1 Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate service delivery (e.g., sharing address with courier services).

8.3 By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIS Shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our platform or products.

9.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.

9.3 We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

11.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.

11.2 Your continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
